If you purchased a product from our online store, you have 15 days to return your order.
Return Conditions
Returns
Our return policy has a maximum period of 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must show no signs of use and must be in the same condition as when the customer received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To process a return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notifying you that we've received the returned product. We'll also notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is sometimes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we'll send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will find out about your refund.
Expedition

As a customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where the customer lives, the time it takes for the product to arrive may vary.
If the item you're shipping has significant value, you may want to consider an order tracking service. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
