Refund policy

Returns
Our returns policy has a maximum period of 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed after your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

In order to return the product, the item must not contain signs of use and must be in the same condition as the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To proceed with the return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned product. In addition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or through your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received your refund, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for a refund to take effect.
Then contact your bank. There is sometimes a processing time before a refund is made.

Discounted items
Only regular priced products can be refunded, and items on sale cannot be refunded.

exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the giver received the order to deliver to you later, we will refund the giver and they will know about your refund.

As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred when returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where the customer lives, the time it takes for the product to arrive may vary.

If the item shipped is of significant value, you may want to consider an order tracking service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
