Yes, the stainless steel bowls, fork, divider, and silicone seals are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing the bamboo plate and lids.

How should a bamboo cutting board be treated and cared for?
Clean your bamboo board with hot, soapy water or a bleach and water dilution (1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon/4.5L of water). Don't let the board soak in water, and dry it with a dishcloth or paper towel after cleaning. To keep your bamboo board in good condition, we recommend using food-safe mineral oil and applying it with a cotton cloth once a month (if you use the board regularly). Be sure to wipe off any excess oil. This will ensure it doesn't dry and crack.
