How do I open the stainless steel case?
To open the box/release the vacuum, pull the valve upwards. Then separate the lid from the box by pulling on a corner/short side. Be careful when the box contains liquids.
Is the stainless steel case leak-proof?
Yes, the stainless steel case is leak-proof. To ensure the box is properly locked and sealed, check that the edges of the base and the silicone seal on the lid are clean and dry. Push the lid down firmly on all sides, then press the valve down. Secure the box with the silicone strip. WARNING – Allow hot food to cool before transporting, otherwise the box may leak.
Is the Stainless Steel Box microwave safe?

Is a Stainless Steel Box Oven safe?
Yes, the base is oven safe; however, the lid is not and please note that using the box in the oven may cause discoloration.
Is a stainless steel chest freezer safe?
Yes, the box is freezer safe for food storage.
Can the stainless steel case be washed in the sink?
The steel box base, fork, and sliding divider are dishwasher safe. Be sure to always hand wash the lid and strap.IMPORTANT: Do not use bleach, chlorine cleaners, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads anywhere on the case, as they may damage the finish.
