Set of 2 Quenelle spoons.
Quenelles take any ice cream, whipped cream, mousse, or mashed potatoes to a new level of visual and culinary sophistication. However, good quenelle-shaping spoons are hard to find because they must be made of quality material with a deep bowl to achieve the iconic quenelle shape.
We solved the problem and developed two spoons of different sizes that always ensure perfectly rounded quenelles with pointed tips. Spoons of the same size are aligned with each other, allowing the quenelle to be pulled with one spoon or formed with two spoons.
Stainless steel, dishwasher safe and made in Solingen.
