The ECO LITE boasts a wealth of technology for sustainability: 100% recycled aluminum. Handles made from 50% renewable materials made from wood flour from northern Germany. And 35% less weight for less energy required during heating. Every detail was developed with respect for nature, from regional production to recycled cardboard. And since we're talking about resource conservation, a sapphire seal ensures lower fat consumption and, therefore, healthier cooking. Brilliant, right?

The right temperature is everything.
Our pans heat up very quickly! This is due to high quality thermal floors.
After just 3 minutes, they reach a temperature of up to 300°C at the highest heat setting. What does this mean to you? You can turn off the heat early.
This saves energy, cooks while preserving vitamins and protects the seal: this way, tar resins that could harm the non-stick properties do not develop. So that your Woll pan stays as good as the first day for as long as possible.
Then: briefly heat the pan on the highest setting and add the oil. To
see if it is already at the right temperature, just do this
Spoon test: Simply hold a dry wooden spoon in the heated oil. When small bubbles form around the spoon, you can put the food in the pan. But don't wait until it smokes: then the oil will burn. And you know - smoking is not healthy, even in a pot.
