Is microwave safe?
Yes, the lunchbox is microwave-safe. Remove the lid before microwaving (the small, matte gray bottom lid is microwave-safe, but it must be unscrewed and left ajar to allow air to escape before microwaving). Two minutes maximum at a time. Stir and repeat if more heating is needed.
Is the dishwasher safe?
Yes, the lunch box can be washed in the sink, place the lid on the top shelf.
Is the freezer safe?
Yes, all items can be frozen. Be careful not to overfill the pans with liquid food, as it expands when frozen (about 9%). Let it thaw completely before microwaving/reheating (do not thaw in the microwave).
Is the Lunch Pot BPA and BPS free?
Yes, the Lunch Pot is BPA and BPS free.
What should I do if the lunch box lid gets stuck?
On the side of the lid, there's a vacuum release opening where the seal is exposed. Simply press the seal with the back of your fork handle to allow air into the lunchbox, and the vacuum will be released. Do not use a sharp tool to perform this function, as the silicone seal can easily be cut and damaged.
