The right temperature is everything.
Our pans heat up very quickly! This is thanks to the high-quality heated floors.
After just 3 minutes, they reach temperatures of up to 300°C on the highest heat setting. What does this mean for you? You can turn off the heat sooner.
This saves energy, cooks while preserving vitamins, and protects the seal: this prevents the development of tar resins that can compromise the nonstick properties. This ensures your Woll pan stays as good as new for as long as possible.
Then: briefly heat the pan on the highest setting and add the oil. To
see if it is already at the right temperature, just do this
Spoon test: Simply hold a dry wooden spoon in the heated oil. When small bubbles form around the spoon, you can add the food to the pan. But don't wait until it smokes; the oil will burn. And you know—smoking isn't healthy, even in the pan.
